Hampton Inn Saline

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. James at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive from the very beginning. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, showing a level of thoughtfulness and courtesy that is increasingly rare. Small, considerate gestures like his made my stay even more comfortable and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the evening without any inconvenience. Overall, this is a clean, enjoyable hotel with outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

The hotel is outstanding in every way. You can expect clean rooms/grounds and a good breakfast staying at this Hampton inn. Also, James has worked the front desk during my multiple stays in Saline and he is always super friendly, helpful and just a genuinely kind person and that type of elite customer service should be rewarded.

I have stayed at this location several times. The hotel has some rooms with a unique design, so if you can get a corner room or an end of the building room then it will be even better than the standard rooms. The hotel has always been clean and tidy. The only drawback is if you end up in a room closer to the road, then you will definitely hear the traffic, not the worse I have ever experienced, but noticeable.

Our large family traveled from Philly to Saline for a wedding and were accommodated in first class fashion from the beginning. This hotel is clean, spacious, and updated. The lobby had plenty of other areas to host a gathering. The breakfast had a large selection and the pool was very clean. The staff was very helpful the general manager Allen went above and beyond. Can walk into or a take quick ride into downtown Saline. Easily a 5 star rating.

Absolutely awesome room for the price. Room is very clean and modern, comfy bed and pillows. Traditional American breakfast complimentary, free onsite parking, all these for less than a hundred bucks.

My wife and I checked in a week ago ( we stayed from Monday until Sunday ) and were extremely satisfied with our stay. Heather, the woman with black hair in charge of the breakfast buffet during the week was cheerful and attentive and even went out of her way to provide exceptional service to us. She mentioned it was just her 3rd day but wow, what a great experience. Allen who was the manager at the front desk was also great!. These two employees deserve a high five ( and maybe more ) for their wonderful customer service. We will definitely be back! Thanks.

Very nice rooms and facilities. It's kind of got a strange entrance from either side, only reason it's location gets 4 stars.. And really not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Everyone is giving comments after their visit, and I am the one who will make a comment before the trip. It is impressive to read these wonderful comments. I will be visiting the Hotel from October 21st to 23rd. Actually, I am coming from another country for a memorial service for my very dear friend in Ann Arbor. I guess this hotel will give me some comfort, and I am confident in it. Well, I may add another comment after my visit:) Sincerely. I had this above comment, but I am.not able.to reach the hotel since this morning. I got an email for digital check.in for tomorrow but the system is not working for the moment for that and Hilton App is also not working to request the digital code. I do not what to do. I just want to come and check in on 21st October without digital check in before my arrival, is it possible? When I call no answer, and this is very tiring. Warm.regards.
